Brian Darrow is the Lead Pastor at The W Church. He moved to Newport Beach at the age of 4 and has lived there ever since. Prior to starting The W, Brian had 17 years of ministry experience as a Youth Pastor, Congregational Care Pastor, Elder, and Associate Pastor. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship) from the University of Southern California. Brian has successfully started and led multiple ministries and businesses. His heart is to share with others what Jesus has done in his own life so that others might find the same salvation, joy and hope. He and his wife, Caren, have been married for 27 years and have 3 children (2 adults and 1 in high school). He loves USC football, playing pickleball, date time with Caren, and spending time with family and friends.
